1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all sales made on the https://maxime-aliaga.com website, concerning :

– Photographic prints for sale
– Ebooks and digital products (training courses, guides, etc.)

The site is edited by Maxime Aliaga, professional photographer.

2. Products on offer

Photo prints: each print is made to order, in a format, medium and finish chosen by the customer. The visuals presented on the site are non-contractual.

Digital products: ebooks, guides and training courses are available for download. An email with the download link is sent to the buyer after payment confirmation.

3. Awards

Prices are given in euros (€) and include all taxes. Maxime Aliaga reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without prior notice. Products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the order.

4. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed directly via the website. Payment is secured via partner platforms (e.g. Stripe, Paypal). Any order implies acceptance of the present terms and conditions.

5. Delivery

Prints: prints are dispatched within 7 working days. Delivery times may vary according to destination and carrier. Shipping costs are indicated before the order is confirmed.

Digital products: digital products are delivered by email or via a download link immediately after payment validation.

6. Right of withdrawal

Physical products (prints): in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized prints made to order.

Digital products: the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after payment, if the customer has expressly waived his right of withdrawal.

7. Liability

Maxime Aliaga cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the product purchased or from technical problems beyond its control (carrier delay, server failure, etc.).

8. Photo trips

The photographic trips offered on the site are not sold by Maxime Aliaga, but organized by a specialized travel agency.

Maxime Aliaga acts solely as a photographic guide. All legal information, registration, cancellation and insurance conditions are the responsibility of the partner agency, whose contact details are given on the page dedicated to each trip.

9. Intellectual property

All photographs and content are the exclusive property of Maxime Aliaga. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

10. Applicable law

The present conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. Failing this, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of Maxime Aliaga’s registered office.
